Guidelines for Ordering Trak-Star Rail Drilling System

The basic Trak-Star Rail Drilling System should include a drill, with power option to fit your needs, one pair of rail shoes for each rail specification to be drilled, Twister Bits™ of the required diameter(s), and spare cutter pilots in case of damage or loss. When Drilling rail sections, coolant should always be used - it is an integral part of the system that helps to prolong tool life and prevent temperature rise in the rail section. The use of a hole location template is also strongly recommend for more accurate drilling and faster setups. We also recommend using a Trak-Star Storage Box for safe keeping of your Rail Drill, Cutters and accessories.
